A few years ago we put this t-shirt graphic out and it caused a bit of a storm. The ‘Screaming Foot’, was drawn by number one Shredder and all time angry talent G – check out his amazing artwork HERE .
It took exactly 2 days of it being in a half page ad in Sidewalk Surfer before we got a polite but firm ‘Cease and Desist’ from Santa Cruz. I guess they saw some similarities, and couldn’t see the fact that it was done purely as a homage to the great Jim Philips. Maybe it’s because it was better than the original, who knows?
Anyway our good friend Isabel snapped this pic at last weekends StreetFest and it couldn’t be more perfect!
There are very few of these left in the world now, and people always ask if we’ll do them again, which I don’t think we will, but, if you’d like to get your hands on one, then G has a few left from the original batch, and he wants to sell em. Contact him at – anubis0001g@hotmail.com

santa cruz have brought out a screaming foot board now.. maybe you can issue a cease and desist on them!
Man those foot boards are shocking, definitey NOT the handy (or footy) work of Jim Philips.
Nice idea that you can buy a regular or goofy footed one, just really poorly done.
